It's Easy To Oppose Than To Govern.
Posted on 7:23 PM by The G
VIEW SHOT. Ever wonder what happen if you are working in a group, but there is a member who keep opposing you which in return, all the tasks you should accomplish is stagnant? This is in reality do happen. Let it be from ground level of management to higher scale of constitution such as political system and nation governmental. Let explore a bit on why it's easier for people to oppose and why it's hard to govern. In a shot.
Why it's easier to oppose? Because it's easier to express what is to us imperfection or things that is unsatisfactory rather than laying out plan to overcome the imperfection and make sure the plan is working and the imperfection is perfected. It's also easier for someone to go against the first idea if that idea is to him, unsafe, is not benefiting him, or simply is not to his liking.
Why it's hard to govern? Because there is always an opposition that only oppose. Without a good reason to make things better, without a good way or plan to make things work. It's only base on personal intuition, and being unsatisfied. Plus, when governing need to make sure things run smoothly, one with constant grudge with the one who is governing (for not taking his ideas) will continuously have a negative and narrow perception towards the govern plan.
Conclusion, if there is a time when you feel to object a thing. Don't jump out and express it all alone. If it only base on what your guts have to tell, it'll only make you look stupid and embrace undeveloped method of thinking. Show and explain the reason both in term of facts, risk evaluation, and beneficial possibility. Than lay out a plan. Weight your judgment first instead of pointing conclusion. Put your self in governing position of how you will initiate your plan in order to cure the imperfection. Look on both side, positive and negative. If you don't have all of this thing done, you are not qualify to solve an issue. Your qualification is only to oppose. That's not a good thing since in didn't yield any concrete result.
