The Casio  Commando C771 G'zOne model looks to be resistant to all those abuse, with a rubberized body, noticeable silver screws, locking battery cover on the back, and protective gaskets on the ports to keep the elements out. There's stereo speakers and a large touchscreen on the front, though the size was not given, with the 4 familiar touch buttons at the bottom, and the camera and LED flash on the back. It's the first rugged smartphone. 800MHz for processor, Android Froyo, 3.6" 480x800 resolution touchscreen display, EVDO Rev A with 3G Mobile Hotspot software, bluetooth 2.1, 5MP camera with dedicate shutter key, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, 3.5mm headset jack, and will come with a pre-installed 8GB microSDHC memory card.

It will come with a variety of G'zGear apps, that include Earth Compass, Walking Counter, Adventure Training, Thermometer, and Tide Calculator. You'll be missing PTT (push to talk) capability though. Final price is unknown though. But you can download manual here.
