Apple. "You Galaxy S, Tab Bastard !! You copy my child!! I'll sue your parent, that bloody korean, Samsung!!". That's how things is. You see, previously Nokia got almost the same dialogue throw at Apple. Now Apple want to play the same game. Maybe they can cover up some loses during that fight with Nokia. So the game between eastern giant, Samsung and western giant, Apple begin. Here what their representative have to say.

What are they fighting for? Okay. 1st is rectangular shape with round corner. 2nd is the shape of the icon. 3rd is other trivial thing like packaging and so. Well that surely turn a serious tribunal into lively comedy of argument. Example. "I have patent for rectangular shape". "Rectangular shape exist since the beginning of history. How can you have patent for such shape way before Apple are born?". "But we got one with round corners." "Apple, other do it for ergonomic reason. It's not mere fashion. Don't take it at heart." Then the lawyer will throw more question like, "Samsung, can't you make other shape of icon?" . "Of course we can. But Apple will say it's theirs."  So they'll be a claim. And a counterclaim. That's fun. A child's fun.
